Before You Start Playing:

  1. Don’t waste time that you can spend playing! Fill in our online waiver before you arrive. All visitors must sign the waiver.
  2. Stay safe and help us keep our playground clean by wearing grip socks. You can either bring or purchase them at checkin.
  3. At Uptown Jungle, regular weekdays are typically less crowded. Use this opportunity for a little more room to play as you please!

A Few Helpful Guidelines:

  • Get free WiFi access. Enjoy free access to our guest WiFi network during your visit.
  • Relax in our parent lounge. While your kids are playing, you can use the parents’ zone to relax and meet other parents.
  • Mind the weight restrictions. To use our rock wall, a person must be over 22 pounds. This is a requirement that ensures the proper functioning of our auto-belay systems.
  • Take advantage of our special deals. We’ve prepared a number of great deals for our guests. Join our email list or give us a follow on Facebook or Instagram for exclusive deals.
  • Get some treats. Find delicious drinks and snacks at our park’s “Fuel Store”. Sorry but outside food and drinks are not permitted.
